Dr. Ginsberg completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in North Carolina before Houston's sunny climate brought her to Texas. Dr. Ginsberg has years of experience providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology treatment, which is the basis of her special interest in weight management, optimal prenatal and postpartum care, menopause management, and healthy aging. Being a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and an accomplished marathon runner has led her to explore the latest medical advances in wellness for athletes along with anti-aging therapies for both men and women. She is motivated to continue her research in nutritional therapies for many reasons, most significantly for the benefits it has brought to her sons with specific learning needs.
Dr. Ginsberg has used her extensive experience to help men and women with hormone imbalance regain the vitality and fitness they thought was lost forever. She lectures for Functional Medicine University on the topic of PCOS, its natural reversal, and pathways to fertility. Rectangularization of aging is her personal passion, and she has lectured at the American Academy of Anti-Aging about telomeres (DNA caps) and how instrumental their preservation is for ongoing health. Her experience and passion for the true health and wellness of all patients is encompassed in the programs designed at Women's Specialty Healthcare.
Dr. Ginsberg is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Harris County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Ginsberg is on staff at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. She is Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and has completed an Advanced Fellowship with the Metabolic Medical Institute.

Ginny Weathers, M.D. F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Ginny Weathers was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from LSU with a degree in Biology and then continued the Tiger tradition by attending the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport for medical school. Dr. Weathers left Louisiana to complete an obstetrics and gynecology residency at UT Southwestern – Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Parkland Hospital has one of the busiest maternity centers in the country, delivering nearly 15,000 babies a year. Dr. Weathers is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Harris County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Weather’s interests include comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, advanced gynecologic surgery, and she is pursuing certification and proficiency for robotic surgery. In addition, she is focused on the special needs of adolescents, prenatal and menopausal women, and is happy to see young girls age 10 and up with gynecological issues. Dr. Weathers met her husband, who is also a physician and a Houston native, in Dallas. They are both happy to be making a new home together in Houston. In her time off, she practices Pilates, is an avid gardener, and enjoys traveling, and attending music festivals with her husband.
Sheila Vuckovic, NTP, M. ED, NSCA-CPT – Hormone and Wellness Program Manager, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Bioindividual Nutrition Practitioner
Sheila received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M University. Passionate about health and wellness she began working as a personal trainer at the corporate wellness center at BP. Her interest in nutrition grew and combined with her Exercise Science background, she received her Masters in Health and Nutrition Education from the University of Houston. Sheila completed her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutrition Therapy Association in June of 2016 and became a certified Bioindividual Nutrition Practitioner in April 2018.
Soon after graduation her oldest son was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. That diagnosis changed the way she thought about nutrition and it's effect on disease processes. After much research and completely overhauling the whole family's diet and vitamin supplementation, she saw such a dramatic change in her son that it fueled her passion for helping others with similar inflammatory conditions. Sheila is a member of the Metabolic Medical Institute and is in the process of receiving her fellowship from this institution.
Sheila is married to her college sweetheart, Gordan, and they have 3 children. She is an avid cross-fitter and counts tap dancing as her favorite hobby. She grew up in Louisiana and loves to cheer for the Saints and her Aggies. Her most recent endeavor involves coaching athletes at Crossfit Katy in areas of nutrition and fitness.
Leah Kay, RN, BSN -- Nutritionist
Leah grew up in the small town of Wimberley, Texas where she was an avid athlete her whole life. Her love of volleyball took her to Trinity University in San Antonio as a member of the Trinity Tigers Volleyball Team which earned a 5th place finish at the 2006 NCAA Division III National Tournament. It was at Trinity University where Leah first discovered her love for Anthropology and the evolution of modern man from primitive cultures especially as it relates to health and wellness. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Trinity, Leah decided to pursue a career in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Fusing her anthropological knowledge of the development of man and her background in Nursing, Leah is able to effectively guide patients on a path of wellness specific to their individual needs.
As a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer, she is also fully equipped to help patients conquer their health and fitness goals. Leah was a part of the 2014 CrossFit Katy Team that competed in the 2014 CrossFit Games. In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband Neal and their two dogs, Ziggy and Ellie, and is a Head Trainer and competitive CrossFitter at CrossFit Katy in Katy, TX.
Megan Gump, NTP, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner

Megan was born and raised in Dallas, TX but quickly moved to Steamboat Springs, CO after high school. She has a passion for traveling and exploring the world which led her to live in Delray Beach, FL where she developed her interest in fitness and nutrition. While completing her BS in Geology, she gained experience in the nutrition industry working for an all-natural protein shake company. Soon after graduating, Megan moved to Austin, TX and pursued her calling in nutrition by completing the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program from the Nutritional Therapy Association. She has the desire to truly help people be their healthiest, best version! Megan recently finished the coursework required to become a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Megan spends her free time doing yoga, cross fit and camping with her fiancé Alex and their two dogs Zoey and Luna.
